20250430 Address to ISKCON Digha Nāmahaṭṭa on Akṣaya-tṛtīyā

Jayapatākā Swami: (Video started abruptly) Whatever donation you make for the Lord today, will remain eternal (Akṣaya-tṛtiīyā). Do more japa, kīrtana, service for the Lord today. You are all doing Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra japa which is the sacrifice for this age of Kali. I hear that about 1,500 devotees are ready to take initiation. Now His Holiness Gaurāṅga Prema Mahārāja is a dīkṣā-guru and I am trying to see that more and more of my disciples will also take up guru service. Those who have taken shelter from me, it is my responsibility to give them intiation. But, in future, I will not give shelter, it will be his responsibility (His Holiness Gaurāṅga Prema Mahārāja). Śrīla Prabhupāda had given me more than thirty instructions. It is not possible for me to fulfill all the instructions alone. I want your help in this regard! You should all preach, unlimitedly! I will not be able to do it alone, all of you please help! Whoever you meet, please tell them the names of Kṛṣṇa, glories of Kṛṣṇa and the teachings of Kṛṣṇa. Lord Caitanya said,

yāre dekha, tāre kaha ‘kṛṣṇa’-upadeśa
āmāra ājñāya guru hañā tāra’ ei deśa
[Cc. Madhya 7.128]

Now ISKCON has to work to educate all the devotees in such a way that they can preach the teachings of Lord Caitanya to all! But we are always at war with Māyādevī! Māyādevī is always testing us whether we want Kṛṣṇa or we want Māyā! Who want Kṛṣṇa? I came to Digha to  participate in the yajña for Lord Jagannātha, and the prāṇa-pratiṣṭha of Lord Jagannātha, Baladeva and Subhadrā and Rādhā Madana-mohana and conduct the pūjā. Those who come to this temple will go back to Godhead!
