mūkaṁ karoti vācālaṁ paṅguṁ laṅghayate girim

Jayapatākā Swami: Today is not Vyāsa-pūjā. Today is the adhivāsa. You heard how on this adhivāsa kīrtana – ānandera sīma nai, nirānanda dūre jāi! So, this kīrtana, this gives us great pleasure! Haribol! Now, the adhivāsa ceremony performed is for concentrating or fixing the mind for the Vyāsa-pūjā ceremony tomorrow. So, the Deities have to go back to take rest. Śāstra says that whether mother, father, husband, guru, should deliver the dependent. With Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mercy, mercy of Rādhā Mādhava, Pañca-tattva and Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva we can do it. I was saying by Their mercy we can do it. But for that all of you should follow the instructions that I have given. I established the E-Care system to take care of my disciples. But they tell me that they cannot reach out to all the disciples! I don’t know if they are reaching you? How will this be made possible, I don’t know.

You heard from His Grace Braja-vilāsa Prabhu, how the TOVP temple, the Vedic Planetarium is being gradually finished. Because of the great contributions and help the different devotees are giving. Many people have come forward to help with the renovation of various śrīpāṭs in Gaura-maṇḍala-bhūmi.

Śrīla Prabhupāda, I saw, that he worked all night to translate his books and write commentaries. I was very fortunate that I had some personal association with His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda! But, through Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books we can even now get his association! I hope that all of you will read Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books and this way your lives will be perfected.

This morning I gave Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam class and told the glories about the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra. If we chant Hare Kṛṣṇa, there are many benefits. I mean, there is no other method, this is the most merciful method. So, I hope that everybody avoids the offences to the holy name and chants their rounds very sincerely. Now, I want to satisfy Śrīla Prabhupāda’s desires as far as possible. He told me that he wanted to do something about Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura’s birthplace because Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura had given so much to the world! From Kṛṣṇa-kathā deśa, Balarāma Govinda dāsa and others have come forward to assist in this project. I heard that somewhere here there is a booth for the Bir Nagar project (the birthplace of Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura). So, can go to that booth and find out different ways you can help. I want everyone of you to chant the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra regularly every day! So we will discuss more tomorrow!
