Jayapatākā Swami: You see there are many people who take birth after birth because they do not think of Kṛṣṇa. So, they are just thinking about their material plans. While living in this material world there is going to be some sense gratification. So, Śrīla Prabhupāda said that sense gratification is like salt, if you have too much it is not tasty, if you have too little it is not tasty, you have to have the right amount. The secret is always chant Hare Kṛṣṇa, serve Kṛṣṇa and think about Kṛṣṇa! When people decide to get married, the couple should then help each other to be Kṛṣṇa conscious.

So we are very happy that you have come here to Māyāpur. We had a big festival in March. So many devotees had come, and it was very blissful for us! We hope that you will get a chance to visit some of the holy places here. When you swim in the Ganges, please be very careful because in some places the current is very swift!

Bhakti-yoga is a very systematic process of yoga. First, we hear and then associate with devotees. In Bengaluru, you have Narasiṁhadeva Deity, we have Narasiṁhadeva Deity here also! We hope that all of you feel at home here! We want all the people to chant Hare Kṛṣṇa and go back to Godhead! It is very easy! Śrīla Prabhupāda, he gave me many orders. One order that he gave me was to increase the preaching unlimitedly! I am now old and wheelchair bound and cannot do it alone. I need your help! Now I need your help! Will you help?

I thought it was supposed to finish at 8.15 pm but I am just told that I have to finish by 8 pm! I came exactly at 7.30 pm. I don’t have time for questions and answers, but you can ask me online.

Lord Caitanya when He was travelling in South India, He said, yāre dekha, tāre kaha ‘kṛṣṇa’-upadeśa [Cc. Madhya 7.128]. So whether they are work colleagues, neighbors, whoever you meet, tell them stories about Kṛṣṇa, tell them about Bhagavad-gītā. Thank you very much for helping me!
