Jayapatākā Swami: We were saying in the last class that we should have Lord Caitanya’s exhibits. But I saw today, Lord Caitanya’s panels – 12 panels, six on each side. All together 24. 12 on each side, very nice! So, it is late today, and I just want to say that how we are meant to dedicate ourselves to the service of Kṛṣṇa. And it is important that we see how Kṛṣṇa, He cannot be known by any other process than devotional service. He cannot be known by mukti, siddhi, kāmīs. Those who do bhakti-yoga, who have love for Kṛṣṇa, they can know Him. So, any devotee has got some ability to bless others. Even if someone is on a very neophyte platform, He can give faith in the holy name. And slowly advance in devotional service. So, devotees should think how can someone be a devotee. And try to make more devotees. Maybe through book distribution or through prasāda distribution, by any means. You keep your association and in that way people will be blessed!
In the material world, our senses give us happiness and they also give us distress. I saw like His Holiness Bhakti Tīrtha Swami, he had cancer and he left us. So like that, one by one, senior devotees are leaving. His Holiness Gopāla Kṛṣṇa Goswami, he has also left us. But, he is here! He is casting his blessings on all of you! So, chanting the holy name of Kṛṣṇa:
Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare/
Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare
This way, make your life perfect, chant the holy name. These Deities have descended as the arcā-avatāra, to give you all blessings. Now, the Lord, He is present in these Deities. We don’t have the qualifications to the see the Lord, so He appears in this vigraha form. So, we can do sevā, we can pray to Him, we can chant the holy name. Especially, we can dance before Him! So, when we come to the temple, some time we can bring some grains, fruits, things that are offered to Kṛṣṇa. For Nitāi Gaura, Rādhā Madanamohana, Sītā Rāma Lakṣmaṇa Hanumān. Anyway, just came to say a few words. Now I will take rest. Hare Kṛṣṇa!
