20260307 Message to GCC Devotees

mūkaṁ karoti vācālaṁ paṅguṁ laṅghayate girim
yat-kṛpā tam ahaṁ vande śrī-gurun dina tāriṇam
paramānanda-mādhavam śrī caitanya īśvaram
Harihi oṁ tat sat

Jayapatākā Swami:  My dear devotees from the Middle East,

So, first, this material world is always a place of suffering. And naturally, the material world has unexpected problems. Now especially that it is Kali-yuga, there are more problems! And naturally, Vaiṣṇavas, Vaiṣṇavīs are put into various difficulties. We want all the devotees to chant the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra, to follow the principles and read Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books, and in this way advance in their Kṛṣṇa consciousness! At the same time, since you are in the Middle East and it is a war zone now, so I am praying to Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva to protect all of you! But when I asked Śrīla Prabhupāda in New York during the Soviet Union time, “What if the Soviet Union sends a nuclear bomb?” Then Śrīla Prabhupāda said, “Chant Hare Kṛṣṇa!” If such a situation happens, then of course we think of Kṛṣṇa while leaving the body we will go back to Kṛṣṇaloka. But my request to all the devotees, is to try to survive and be careful, with all these difficulties, and be as Kṛṣṇa conscious as possible! In this way, take the situation and try to utilize it to be more Kṛṣṇa conscious. Now, I can lead the kīrtana praying to Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva and with the mahā-mantra. His mahā-mantra.

oṁ ugraṁ vīraṁ mahāviṣṇuṁ
jvalantaṁ sarvatomukham
nṛsiṁhaṁ bhīṣaṇaṁ bhadraṁ
mṛtyumṛtyuṁ namāmyaham
jaya-nṛsiṁha, śrī-nṛsiṁha,
jaya jaya śrī-nṛsiṁha!

There are longer Nṛsiṁha-mantras which we usually chant. But at this time we should be very conscious about Kṛṣṇa. Today our devotees were at the birthplace of Lord Caitanya’s guru and also at Śrīvāsa Ṭhākura’s place. Staying at Ādi-saptagrāma which is the place of Lord Nityānanda and Raghunātha dāsa Gosvāmī. Here in Māyāpur, we have a large crowd of Māyāpur devotees! I gave class this morning. And then I was attending an Ai seminar. Anyway, now I would be leaving Māyāpur I think. I hope you all are safe, am praying to Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva for your safety. There is no hope in this material world except Kṛṣṇa and His expansions! In the Brahma-vaivarta Purāṇa there is a bhaviṣya-vāṇī that after five thousand years of Kali-yuga, there will be a ten thousand Golden Age period! Maximum devotees would chant Hare Kṛṣṇa, and keep the Kali-yuga back! So, we hope that you all will join us in our prayer to bring the Golden Age as soon as possible! Haribo! Oṁ tat sat! Thank you!
