All glories to Prahlāda Narasiṁha. We welcome everybody to the sacred place of Narasiṁhapallī. You are in the far east of Navadvīpa dhāma and here is the place, when Narasiṁhadeva was flying over Navadvīpa dhāma and He remembered that this was His eternal abode, and He appears in Kali-yuga to inaugurate the saṅkīrtana movement. So, He landed here and He was served by all the devas and demigods, who erected small cottages for them, and their with their wives and they cooked for Narasiṁhadeva. That’s why there is a raised land around the lake which is known as Devapallī, the village of the demigods, and the lake is the Mandākīnī lake. So Lord Narasiṁhadeva, He was not approachable before, but here in Navadvīpa dhāma He became very approachable and all the devas they were serving Him, giving Him bhoga. This shows how Navadvīpa dhāma is  the land of mercy.

Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu, when He was hearing the thousand names of Viṣṇu, Murāri Gupta started to recite the names so Narasiṁhadeva, He (Lord Caitanya) became in the mood of Narasiṁhadeva. He grabbed a stick and ran out in the street, “Where are the demons? Where are the demons? I will kill them!” and people ran, Then, He felt very bad, “Oh I have caused the people to feel fear!” Śrīvāsa told Him, “By seeing You, they are all liberated!” So Lord Caitanya also went into this mood of Narasiṁhadeva and that Narasiṁhadeva in our temple is Sthānu-Narasiṁha, He is looking for the demon. So, He is  in the mood of Gaurāṅga. So here the Deity in Narasiṁhapallī is Ugra-Nrsiṁha. So, we hope that you will enjoy your stay in Narasiṁhapallī, there are many more pastimes and glories of Narasiṁhadeva that you can hear.

So, I just would also like that  all devotees should be safe. Presently in various cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Nagpur and different places, they are having the second wave of Corona Virus, Some of the cities I heard that they have been in lockdown. So, devotees please take this opportunity to wear the mask, and merciful to others and be kind to yourself. A person may be asymptomatic but still spread the virus. Tthey say in India, there are 8 states, the cases are increasing and Bengal is one of those states. But we want all of you to be happy and enjoy the parikramā, but there is no harm to wear a mask, but lots of benefits may be there. Thank you all for being in the Navadvīpa-maṇḍala-parikramā, and thank you very much for this opportunity to speak. Hare Kṛṣṇa!
