JPS: I thought that there would be 85 or 8 devotees here, but I am seeing devotees who are coming from all over the region. So today I am just going to take my prasadam, take some rest and then tomorrow starts the minimum of four days of healing and I heard that I will be free in the evening for some program.

So I was supposed to come here in June and go to the festival in Serbia but I didn’t get the visa on time in Slovenia. Now I have a visa for six months.

(Applause)

The whole winter (laughter)

So there are various emergencies in Mayapur and they said that my health is the topmost priority. Some diseases that I had have been cured. There are a few other problems. I want to thank… our doctor is with us… Achyutananda, he is a disciple of Radhanath Swami and he has dedicated himself to helping me a lot of the time, and of course there are other staffs, secretaries. So you can please give them your mercy and… my diet and their diet are different. (laughter). They can eat normal but I have a very particular diet.

So I will just tell a pastime of Lord Caitanya. Jagadanda Pandit had a argument with Lord Caitanya. So he was…

Do you have a translator… do you need translating… anyone who needs can go there.

Jagadananda as a small boy he cried the whole day in the side of the Ganges.. all night, he didn’t go home, he didn’t eat, he didn’t sleep, he was just crying. So finally just before the sunrise, maybe 3 in the morning Lord Caitanya and Gadadhara Prabhu… they were just small boys then. Students in the gurukul, they came out looking for Jagadananda, “Jagadananda ! Jagadananda !  Where are you?”

There… he is by the Ganges

“Jagadanda, what are you doing here?”

He said, “Why have you come out here. It’s dark, it’s dangerous. There are very rough stones and things. Your feet may get injured.”

Lord Caitanyas said, “come home with us. I couldn’t sleep either.”

So Jagadananda grabbed down to the arms and leg of Gadadhara and he came up and he walked with them back to the home of Sachi Mata and Jagannath Mishra. There he had some puffed rice, muri.

Lord Caitanya said, “See we fight, but we are friends. Sometime after fighting we make up and then our love for each other has increased. So I couldn’t eat either knowing that you were by the Ganges.”

And Sachi Mata put a plate of rice and hot rice and then Jagadananda ate that. Then he and Nimai Pandit took rest. After a few hours Jagannath Misra said, “time to get up. Take a bath, put on your tilak, go to school.”

So like this Nimai was having everyday pastimes.

Hare Krishna.

So at first we were thinking to go through Melan, then we thought that, “No, maybe we should go through Munich”, and then catch a flight here to Ljuljana. So then someone in 11.53 gave us a free ticket. We had to pay our way back to Benet’s… two of us anyway.

So we came via Venice and it is very nice to see all the devotees.
