Jayapatākā Swami: We are very happy to receive you in Māyāpur dhāma. I went to Ranchi a few times. But I have never been to Dehradun till now. I know a little Hindi. I am more proficient in Bengali. I don’t know what will be better, my broken Hindi or my English with translation. Who all of you are from Ranchi? And from Dehradun? Also, there are devotees from Bhaktivedanta Gurukula in Vṛndāvana! Also, devotees from IIT Kanpur, etc. I have been to Dhanbad.

Vṛndāvana is mādhurya-dhāma, Jagannātha Purī is aiśvarya-dhāma. And Māyāpur is audārya-dhāma. In this dhāma you may get a lot of mercy! So, whatever good karma you do, you get 1000 times the benefit. In Vṛndāvana if you do offences, then you will also get a 1000-times the effect. Siddha Jagannātha dāsa Bābājī came from Vṛndāvana to Māyāpur because he was told that in Māyāpur he will not get a thousand times the effect of offences committed there. This Navadvīpa dhāma was made by Rādhārāṇī. Kṛṣṇa heard someone play the flute. Kṛṣṇa was thinking who is this person playing the flute so beautifully? Kṛṣṇa came here and saw that Rādhārāṇī was playing on the flute. So, He told Rādhārāṇī that, “You have made such a beautiful dhāma for Me! This dhāma will be non-different from Vṛndāvana.” Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu is the avatāra of Kṛṣṇa, who appeared here and is non-different from Kṛṣṇa.

In Dvārakā, Rukmiṇī told Kṛṣṇa that, “You know everything. What is happening in Satyaloka of Lord Brahmā, in Kailāsa what Lord Śiva is doing, what is happening in the ananta-koṭi-brahmāṇḍas You know everything. But You don’t know one thing, I know, Rādhārāṇī knows, but You don’t know.” What is it that Kṛṣṇa did not know, no one had told Kṛṣṇa that He did not know something! He asked what did He not know? Rukmiṇī said, “You don’t know how much Your devotee loves You! And in what way they love You, You don’t know.” Then Kṛṣṇa said, “In Kali-yuga I will come. I will come in the form of a devotee!” He said this three times. Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu is the avatāra, who came after this declaration. And you have all come to the dhāma of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu! In Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s dhama you can get a lot of mercy! Today devotees are doing the Pañca-krośa parikramā. They have reached Rājāpur Lord Jagannātha temple now. During Gaura-pūrṇimā there is a Navadvīpa-maṇḍala parikramā. There are many parikramā parties – there is a Hindi group, Bengali there are about 4 groups, one International group, one Russian group and one South India group. You can join in the parikramā in the Hindi group!

How long are you all here till? Three more days. Which are the places you will go to? There are nine islands in Navadvīpa which represent the nine processes of devotional service. Sīmantadvīpa is for śravaṇa, hearing. Godrumadvīpa is for kīrtana. You do nice kīrtana!

Devotees:

Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare/
Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare

Jayapatākā Swami: In this dhāma you can learn bhakti-yoga and advance in that as well. Vaidhi-bhakti is what we start with and gradually progress. And there is bhāva-bhakti and after that is prema-bhakti. There are eight levels of prema-bhakti. So, Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s desire is that all the people get an opportunity to do kṛṣṇa-bhakti. His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda travelled around the world about 14 times. And his desire was that the desire of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu be fulfilled. You should all preach the teachings of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu. Līlā Puruṣottama Prabhu is a very good example. Preach to one, ten, hundred, thousand people as much as possible. Please keep trying to preach, and definitely you will get the mercy of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu. I will be going to Sīmantadvīpa and you will also go later.
