Jayapataka Swami: Any questions?

Question: About worshiping persons, sometimes we see on Vāmana appearance day, a small boy is worshiped as Vāmanadeva in some temples. Sometimes a boy and girl are worshiped as Kṛṣṇa and Rādhā and fed sweets in Vṛndāvana. How do we understand this?

Jayapataka Swami: How do we understand? That is the question. They are playing a drama, they are actors. If you think they are Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa, this is Vāmanadeva, you will be one of the idolaters. If you are playing a drama and you have the different schools, they put up dramas. Śrīla Prabhupāda he also did dramas when he was a youth. It is fun!
